Staff helpful, breakfast good, new clean room, late check-out. Downtown, close to Mercado 28. Good for arrival, short taxi to ADO station. Secret rooftop with great views. Walmart 10min walk, nice pool. Reception guy nice, patient. Huge room with AC, good bathroom, blinds available.

Our stay at Hotel Blue Star was enjoyable. The staff greeted us warmly and were always ready to assist. The location was convenient, great to easily access the beach and explore different markets. The room had a comfortable bed and a good balcony, providing a nice place to relax. The breakfast, although not extensive, included toast, cornflakes, and fruits.

Good value, late payment accepted, nice room, clean, comfortable, good AC. Best tacos nearby. Helpful staff, spacious, clean rooms, lovely pool. Modern, well-run, friendly owners, great roof terrace, fast WiFi, limited breakfast but good quality. Quiet location, close to Walmart, Mercado 28, ADO bus station. Helpful staff, sufficient breakfast, clean rooms, refreshing pool. Private corner, enjoyed wine. Snack and bar would be great assets.

The breakfast at the hotel was excellent! They had a great variety of options and the staff serving the food was friendly. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to the bus station and easy to reach from the airport. Another advantage was the availability of a 24-hour reception, helpful for any concerns or needs.

One negative aspect was the lack of privacy in the bathroom. The small door separating the bathroom from the room didn't provide enough privacy.

The hotel is reasonably priced and offers great value for money. The location is very convenient, close to the bus station and within walking distance of Tacos Rigos, a popular eatery in the neighborhood. Additionally, it is easy to catch The Collectivo from the hotel, which takes you to the beach. The staff at the hotel are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are well-equipped with comfortable beds, whether you prefer queen or twin beds. Another highlight is the outdoor jacuzzi in some of the rooms, perfect for relaxation. Lastly, the breakfast included in the stay is a nice bonus, offering a variety of options like cereals, fruits, tea, coffee.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The hotel's location was great, as it was close to the beach, the airport in the evening, a large open market, and bars. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were top-notch.

I stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway with my partner and it exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, being close to downtown and the city center of Cancun. We could easily explore the local area and even found a Walmart supermarket nearby for any essentials we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and a silent air conditioning unit. The staff were friendly and always helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The WiFi connection was a bit unreliable at times.
